you people …What To Say In Grief Counseling…and i’m sorry you people actually informed me about this it’s like an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i am interested in it this entire morning i truly was having a hard time and i struggled pretty much like every every single early morning especially on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have constantly sucked they have actually always been truly hard mental days for me i do not know what’s next i’m simply gon na try this out i may dislike it i don’t know i don’t truly wish to get a therapist i have actually constantly wanted to simply handle my mental stuff without needing to get one because to me i just um i simply do not wish to need to go through all of this and i do not wish to need to inform people all of my things and simply go through all of this i simply don’t seem like doing all of this and i really simply wished to handle this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after almost thirty years of trying so we’re gon na enter that today uh i do not know i’m just tired of dealing with this and like like i stated.
