you guys …Talkspace Free For Sexual Assault Survivors…and i’m sorry you people actually informed me about this it’s like an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace however i am interested in it this whole early morning i really was having a hard time and i had a hard time pretty much like every every single morning particularly on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have always sucked they have actually always been truly tough mental days for me i don’t know what’s next i’m just gon na try this out i may dislike it i don’t understand i do not really wish to get a therapist i’ve constantly wished to just handle my psychological things without needing to get one since to me i simply um i just don’t want to need to go through all of this and i do not want to need to tell individuals all of my things and simply go through all of this i just do not feel like doing all of this and i actually just wanted to manage this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after nearly thirty years of attempting so we’re gon na enter into that today uh i don’t understand i’m simply tired of handling this and like like i stated.
