you people …Online Ptsd Counseling…and i’m sorry you people really informed me about this it’s like an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i am interested in it this whole morning i truly was struggling and i had a hard time basically like every each and every single early morning especially on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have always sucked they’ve constantly been actually difficult mental days for me i don’t know what’s next i’m simply gon na attempt this out i may hate it i do not know i don’t really wish to get a therapist i’ve constantly wished to simply handle my psychological stuff without needing to get one since to me i just um i simply do not want to need to go through all of this and i do not want to have to inform individuals all of my stuff and simply go through all of this i just do not seem like doing all of this and i really just wanted to manage this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after practically 30 years of trying so we’re gon na get into that today uh i don’t understand i’m just tired of handling this and like like i said.
