you people …Live Counseling Online…and i’m sorry you people actually informed me about this it’s like an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i am interested in it this whole morning i really was struggling and i had a hard time practically like every every early morning specifically on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have always sucked they have actually always been really difficult mental days for me i don’t know what’s next i’m just gon na try this out i may dislike it i do not understand i don’t really want to get a therapist i’ve constantly wished to simply handle my mental stuff without needing to get one due to the fact that to me i just um i just do not want to have to go through all of this and i don’t wish to have to inform individuals all of my stuff and simply go through all of this i just do not seem like doing all of this and i truly just wanted to handle this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after practically thirty years of trying so we’re gon na enter that today uh i don’t understand i’m simply tired of handling this and like like i said.
