you men …Is Betterhelp Owned By Telecod…and i’m sorry you men actually informed me about this it resembles an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i am interested in it this entire morning i really was struggling and i had a hard time pretty much like every every morning especially on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have constantly sucked they’ve constantly been truly difficult mental days for me i do not understand what’s next i’m just gon na try this out i might dislike it i don’t know i don’t actually wish to get a therapist i have actually constantly wanted to simply handle my psychological stuff without having to get one because to me i just um i just don’t want to have to go through all of this and i don’t wish to need to tell people all of my stuff and simply go through all of this i just do not feel like doing all of this and i truly just wished to manage this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after almost 30 years of trying so we’re gon na enter that today uh i do not know i’m just tired of handling this and like like i said.
