you guys …Can Betterhelp Therapists Screen For Autism…and i’m sorry you guys really told me about this it’s like an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i am interested in it this entire morning i really was struggling and i struggled pretty much like every every single early morning especially on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have always sucked they have actually constantly been truly difficult mental days for me i don’t understand what’s next i’m just gon na attempt this out i might dislike it i do not understand i do not really wish to get a therapist i have actually constantly wished to just deal with my mental stuff without having to get one since to me i just um i simply don’t want to have to go through all of this and i do not wish to need to inform people all of my things and simply go through all of this i just don’t feel like doing all of this and i truly simply wanted to manage this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after nearly thirty years of trying so we’re gon na get into that today uh i do not understand i’m just tired of dealing with this and like like i stated.
