you guys …Can A Therapist Prescribe Xanax…and i’m sorry you guys in fact informed me about this it resembles an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i have an interest in it this whole early morning i actually was struggling and i had a hard time pretty much like every every single morning particularly on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have constantly drawn they have actually constantly been truly tough mental days for me i don’t know what’s next i’m simply gon na attempt this out i may dislike it i do not understand i don’t actually wish to get a therapist i have actually always wanted to simply handle my mental stuff without needing to get one because to me i just um i simply don’t want to need to go through all of this and i do not want to have to tell individuals all of my things and just go through all of this i just don’t seem like doing all of this and i actually just wished to handle this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after practically 30 years of attempting so we’re gon na get into that today uh i don’t know i’m just tired of handling this and like like i stated.
