you people …Betterhelp Vs Relationship Hero…and i’m sorry you guys actually told me about this it’s like an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i have an interest in it this entire early morning i really was having a hard time and i struggled pretty much like every every early morning particularly on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have always drawn they have actually constantly been actually difficult psychological days for me i do not understand what’s next i’m just gon na try this out i might hate it i do not understand i don’t actually want to get a therapist i’ve always wished to just deal with my mental stuff without having to get one due to the fact that to me i simply um i just don’t wish to need to go through all of this and i don’t want to have to tell individuals all of my stuff and simply go through all of this i simply don’t seem like doing all of this and i actually just wished to handle this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after practically 30 years of trying so we’re gon na enter into that today uh i don’t know i’m just tired of handling this and like like i said.
