you guys …Betterhelp Spac…and i’m sorry you people really informed me about this it resembles an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace however i have an interest in it this whole morning i actually was having a hard time and i had a hard time pretty much like every every single early morning particularly on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have actually always drawn they have actually constantly been truly hard mental days for me i don’t know what’s next i’m simply gon na attempt this out i might dislike it i do not know i do not actually want to get a therapist i’ve constantly wanted to just handle my psychological things without having to get one due to the fact that to me i just um i just do not wish to have to go through all of this and i do not wish to need to inform individuals all of my things and just go through all of this i simply do not feel like doing all of this and i actually just wanted to handle this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after nearly 30 years of attempting so we’re gon na get into that today uh i don’t understand i’m just tired of handling this and like like i said.
