you men …Betterhelp Not Working…and i’m sorry you people really informed me about this it’s like an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i have an interest in it this whole morning i actually was struggling and i struggled basically like every every single early morning particularly on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have actually always sucked they’ve constantly been truly tough psychological days for me i do not know what’s next i’m just gon na try this out i might dislike it i don’t know i do not actually wish to get a therapist i’ve always wished to just handle my mental things without needing to get one because to me i simply um i simply don’t want to need to go through all of this and i don’t wish to need to inform individuals all of my stuff and simply go through all of this i simply do not feel like doing all of this and i actually simply wanted to handle this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after almost 30 years of trying so we’re gon na enter that today uh i don’t understand i’m simply tired of dealing with this and like like i said.
