you guys …Betterhelp Monthly Fee…and i’m sorry you guys really told me about this it resembles an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace however i have an interest in it this whole morning i truly was having a hard time and i had a hard time basically like every every single early morning particularly on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have always sucked they have actually always been really hard psychological days for me i do not know what’s next i’m just gon na attempt this out i might hate it i do not know i don’t truly wish to get a therapist i have actually constantly wished to simply deal with my mental stuff without having to get one since to me i just um i just do not wish to need to go through all of this and i do not want to have to tell people all of my stuff and just go through all of this i simply don’t seem like doing all of this and i truly just wished to manage this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after almost 30 years of attempting so we’re gon na get into that today uh i don’t know i’m simply tired of handling this and like like i stated.
