you people …Betterhelp Japan…and i’m sorry you guys in fact told me about this it resembles an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace however i am interested in it this whole morning i truly was having a hard time and i struggled basically like every each and every single morning particularly on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have always drawn they’ve always been really hard psychological days for me i do not understand what’s next i’m just gon na attempt this out i may dislike it i do not understand i do not truly want to get a therapist i’ve always wished to simply handle my mental things without needing to get one due to the fact that to me i just um i simply don’t want to need to go through all of this and i don’t wish to have to tell individuals all of my things and simply go through all of this i simply don’t seem like doing all of this and i actually just wished to handle this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after practically thirty years of trying so we’re gon na enter into that today uh i do not know i’m just tired of dealing with this and like like i stated.
