you people …Betterhelp Dr Phil…and i’m sorry you people in fact told me about this it’s like an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i am interested in it this whole morning i actually was having a hard time and i struggled practically like every every single morning specifically on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have actually always sucked they have actually always been actually difficult psychological days for me i don’t know what’s next i’m just gon na try this out i may hate it i do not understand i don’t really want to get a therapist i have actually constantly wished to just handle my mental stuff without having to get one since to me i just um i simply don’t wish to need to go through all of this and i do not wish to need to inform individuals all of my stuff and simply go through all of this i just don’t feel like doing all of this and i actually simply wished to manage this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after practically thirty years of attempting so we’re gon na get into that today uh i don’t understand i’m simply tired of dealing with this and like like i stated.
