you people …Betterhelp Confidentiality Of Information…and i’m sorry you men actually told me about this it resembles an app called talkspace and this is not sponsored by talkspace but i am interested in it this whole early morning i actually was struggling and i had a hard time pretty much like every every single morning especially on the weekends like today’s saturday saturdays have always sucked they have actually always been truly tough psychological days for me i do not understand what’s next i’m simply gon na attempt this out i might hate it i do not understand i do not really want to get a therapist i’ve constantly wished to just handle my psychological stuff without needing to get one due to the fact that to me i just um i simply don’t want to need to go through all of this and i do not want to have to tell people all of my stuff and simply go through all of this i simply don’t seem like doing all of this and i actually simply wanted to handle this on my own i’m not 100 sure that i can after nearly thirty years of attempting so we’re gon na enter into that today uh i don’t understand i’m simply tired of handling this and like like i stated.
